City of Portland November 2024 Local Election Information
Our Portland November 2024 election for mayor and city council members will be a little confusing, to put it mildly. Here are some resources to dip into over the next few months:
1) Meet the Candidates:

You can find a list of candidates who have filed an NOI (Notice of Intent) at the Portland elections office. Note: Not every candidate is filing under the Small Donor program, but most are doing so now. Check this URL for the official Small Donor list, which is updated each week on Wednesday:

2) More about the November Election:
The January 10, 2024, Candidate Learning Session had lots of useful info for voters, not just for candidates, especially the first hour. Learn what candidates have to do to run for election and especially, learn how to "Rank Choice Vote." Link to the video and other resources:

Your local neighborhood associations, business associations, and nonprofits will hold Meet the Candidate forums, post election education information on their websites, and, especially, encourage you to vote!
