7:40 SE Uplift’s decision to bar the public from attending SEUL board meetings – Allen Field. Allen Field is Richmond’s longtime representative to SE Uplift. SEUL has returned to in-person board meetings, but members of the public who are not members of the SEUL board will be permitted to attend only by Zoom and will not be allowed to participate in the meetings in any way. The Richmond Neighborhood Association is seeking support for its effort to require SEUL to abide by the City’s open-meeting rules. This issue will require a vote.
