Covid-19 Update (May 18, 2020):

MTNA's May meeting will be unusual. We will compile our updates about important civic issues, in written form (as we have done for the March and April meetings) and post that in the place of meeting minutes here.

But we will also host a SHORT meeting on Zoom, to give us all a chance to "practice" running a Zoom meeting. We hope you and we can work-out the kinks now, for a smooth Zoom meeting when we hold our elections on June 17th.

You are welcome to join our "practice" meeting this Wednesday at 7pm on Zoom. If you've never used Zoom, please start to log on by about 6:40 so you have plenty of time to work through the install, etc. Copy and paste this URL into a browser window to join the meeting:

June 17, 2020 - ELECTIONS:

The election for the Mt. Tabor Neighborhood Association's volunteer-board, term June 2020 - May 2020, will be at our June 17th meeting at 7pm, on Zoom. Copy and paste this URL into a browser window to join the meeting:

Have you been attending our monthly meetings, or volunteering on a committee and you would like to step-up your volunteerism to a Board position?  Great, we could really use more hands! We have an open seat for the Secretary position (minutes, general record keeping and publishing, etc), and we have many other jobs that any "at-large" board member can do. Please send your name to be included on our ballot, to:

subject: "nominations"

cut-off: June 10

We will provide notice and updates here, on facebook (@mttaborna), and on the listserv (join our email listserv here:

Meetings are ADA-accessible and open to the public! The right to participate in a Neighborhood Association is automatic, and offers an equal voice to all. Mt. Tabor Neighborhood Association volunteers serve everyone who lives or works within its boundaries.  Come join us!
